WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

In this two-part series (video and live session) you'll learn from an experienced decorator how to use basic equipment and techniques for creating a beautiful cookie cake.

Learn about scheduling your time (so you're not up until midnight finishing the decorations), cookie dough preparation and baking, template creation, buttercream consistency and colouring, how to prepare and correctly load your piping bags, pipe basic techniques that you can use with any piping tip and finishing your cake (to make it look a thousand bucks - even if you make a 'mistake'!)

Plus you can ask ALL the questions as we go. You don't need a lot of fancy gear to get started!
